Wednesday – Instruction begins at 3 p.m.; check in begins @ 2:15 p.m.
v 5A & 5B, hole players report to MAGELLAN golf course;
v 9 & 18, hole players report to GRANADA golf course
Thursday tee times are assigned on Wednesday. Play is at CORONADO golf course. 18 & 9 Hole times start at approx. 10:30 a.m.; 5A at approx 12:20 p.m.; 5B at approx. 1:15 p.m.; Check in 30 minutes before tee time |
| Costs: |
$35 for entire program (late fee of $10 charged if application not received by deadline); golfers will need $3.18 for each Thursday play day |
| Visitors: |
$5 fee each Wednesday for a lesson and $3.18 for each Thursday. A visitor is a golfer who did not sign up for the full time membership. Individuals go to Magellan (5A & 5B holes) or Granada (9 or 18 holes) Golf Courses, complete a Visitor Form & pay. A tee time will be assigned for play on Thursday at Coronado Golf Course. This fee MUST be paid each Wednesday &Thursday the individual attends. |

Applications must be post-marked by Saturday, June 2, 2012. A late fee of $10 will be charged if application is received after June 2. |

Orientation
Meeting: |
Monday, June 4 at the Cortez Pavilion at 4:00 p.m (note change in location for orientation). All juniors and their parents, grandparents, and/or guardians should attend if possible. Membership cards, hats and any other "freebies” will be distributed. Staff will explain the need for teaching volunteers as well as on-course volunteers, what to do when there is bad weather, etc. The orientation eliminates some of the confusion on that first day. |
| Eligibility & Requirements |
The program is open to all boys and girls, ages 8 through 17 (can be 18 if a senior in high school), must be 8 before September 1, 2012. |
| Golf Attire: |
Proper golf attire must be worn. No short-shorts, bare midriff, or tank tops. Tee shirts with sleeves and no collar are acceptable. Proper shoes should be worn – tennis shoes are fine. |
| Golf Clubs: |
A one-time fee of $30. Once the fee is paid, as the junior grows, the clubs can be turned in and be fitted for another set of clubs. |
| Goal: |
The goal of this program is that each participant will have sufficient knowledge about golf and golf facilities to go anywhere in the world and feel like they belong, especially in Hot Springs Village, AR and of course to have fun and enjoy the game of golf |

Junior Golfers |
NOTICE - It is very important that you pick up your juniors upon completion of the clinic or play. This time could vary depending on the weather and/or speed of play. Please park and/or pick up your juniors at the parking lot by the cart barn at Magellan on Wednesdays. |
